Australian Screen Industry Network Awards Conditions of Entry
The ASIN Awards are peer nominated and voted on via the Australian Screen Industry Network website.
Submitted films are viewed by a panel of respected industry professionals and posted online before the voting process commences so all potential voters are able to view each nominated film prior to casting their vote.
All projects nominated must be completed prior to the nomination period to be eligible for entry.
All projects entered remain the copyrighted property of the individual producers/writers/directors.
Nominations in all categories are subject to acceptance by the nominee and approval by the ASIN panel.

Q: Who can enter the ASIN Awards?
A: The awards are open to film makers Australia wide in all states and territories.
Q: Do I need to be a paying member of ASIN to nominate or enter a film for consideration?
A: No. Nominations can be made by any one who deems a project worthy of entry. The nominated project is then reviewed by ASIN panel and once approved it is then added to the list of nominees.
Q: When do nominations need to be entered by?
A: Nominations commence on the 31st of July each year.
Q: When does voting start and how do I vote?
A: All approved nominations will be posted on the ASIN website on the 30th of September each year. There is a voting and viewing page on the website displaying all entered projects with a voting form to complete. Only one vote from any ISP address will be counted.
Q: What do I do if my film has been nominated?
A: We endeavour to contact all producers of nominated projects for their approval and acceptance of the nomination. Producers are asked to submit a link to their film to be added to the ASIN website for viewing by potential voters.

Q: I’m an International Member of ASIN, can I enter a film for the awards?
A: Yes, but international members are only able to nominate or enter a film that they are personally credited for and must have the full written permission of the producers of the project to be eligible.
Q: What makes a film/project ineligible for entry?
A: Any project that is in development or still in production is ineligible. All entries must be completed prior to nomination. Film/projects that have received awards in the same categories at the ASIN Awards in previous years are ineligible.
