Australian singer-songwriter, Barry Charles, is renowned for his exceptional vocal range and technique. Barry is an engaging performer, passionate and wonderfully alive. Barry can incorporate in a performance innovative scatting, interwoven with the unmistakable sounds of Tuva singing. He also explores the technique of split harmonics and his phrasing is quite unique.
His song writing touches the soul with observations of life, love, the environment, indigenous causes, fantasy, humor - darkness and light. His guitar playing has loads of power and passion, which he delivers rhythmically and percussively. Bobby Kidd - Musician/Vocalist
Hailing from the Land Down Under, Australia, Bobby Kidd possesses a talent for creating powerful pop-rock melodies that are instantly memorable and enjoyable.
In order to learn as much about music as he could, Bobby Kidd started working at a local music studio in Wollongong, a town just south of Sydney.
It was this environment that inspired him to sing, write songs and learn the guitar, piano and drums.
Bobby Kidd auditioned as a Keyboard Player and Backing Vocalist for the rock outfit ‘The Love Vandals’ who later become known as ‘World Star’.
After 2 years of solid gigging around Sydney and the Illawarra the band recorded their first album, which attracted management.
‘World Star’ was featured on a Compilation CD of up and coming artists for the UK magazine, ‘Frontier’.
‘World Star’ enjoyed commercial airplay both locally and across the UK and Europe.
Bobby Kidd decided it was time to break out on his own. He used the knowledge and experience obtained from his days working in the recording studio and bought some home recording equipment and became serious about writing new songs.
Some of his earlier works were picked up by two local FM radio stations and were rotated on the Hot 30 Countdown.
Bobby Kidd became involved in the National Musicoz Competition in 2002, a national initiative dedicated to seeking out, recognising and encouraging the talents of unsigned and independent artists. He earned several nominations and awards through this competition over several years, leading to the opportunity to showcase his songs at Luna Park in Sydney in front of 850 radio and industry execs.
Now looking to expand his musical presence elsewhere in the world, Bobby Kidd is a musical powerhouse that deserves a listen.

Jay P - Musician
To say Melbourne singer/songwriter Jay P is an intriguing man is an understatement.
A troubadour with music in his veins, it all started when a young Joseph Portelli, aged 5, grabbed some sticks and made drums out of upside-down buckets in the wash-house of his family’s village home in Malta. Jay P has forged a steely resolve. Positive, spiritual and deeply passionate, Jay P admits, “You live and learn. You have to experience some darkness to see the light”. And with that light comes a positive outlook on life, doing things his own way and, of course, his trusty acoustic guitar - his one constant in life.
Jay P's contemporary pop singer/songwriter style harks back to the 1970's, songs that come straight from the heart, based on real life experiences, positive with deep and soulful lyrics - the more you listen to Jay P's songs, the more you find yourself mesmerised, not only by his distinctive voice, but also by his music as well as the spiritual and positive message.
